BEAR

2022-05-24T13:25:46+01:00

Bear is a handsome Syrian hamster who is only five months old.  He is used to being handled daily and eats his favourite treats while sitting in his fosterer’s hand.  He is a delight to watch and will make a lovely friendly pet.  In order to adopt Bear you will need to understand his care needs and how to create the right environment for him to have a happy and healthy life.  Much of this advice can be found on RSPCA and Hamster welfare websites.

Our minimum cage requirement is 100cm x 50cm (5000 square centimetres) and two levels.  He is a very active hamster in the evenings and likes to have a lot of space to explore so the bigger the better.

HARLEY

2022-04-10T18:02:40+01:00

Harley is an extremely handsome silky coated black rabbit who loves to be active.  He likes to be outdoors where he can keep a watch on everything going on in the garden and keeps himself busy by moving all the hay in his hutch downstairs.  He is very keen on his food and gets very excited at mealtimes.  He likes a lot of attention and rushes over to greet you at all times of the day in the hope of a tasty snack or a nose rub.  Harley likes to be stroked and doesn’t mind being picked up but is often so excited that he doesn’t stop wriggling.  He would like to live with a friend so if you have a neutered female rabbit that you think would be a good match for Harley South Bucks RSPCA can carry out the bonding for you as part of his adoption.  Harley and his new mate will need lots of space and as much enrichment as possible. For example their hutch will need to be at least six feet x two feet x two feet and they will need constant access to a large safe run of sixty square feet.

PEA, BEAN & JAY

2022-04-10T17:57:15+01:00
PEA (left)

Pea is a lovely friendly boy who always likes to come and see you to be stroked as well as having a little treat.  He likes to run and jump and have fun with his brothers, Bean and Jay, but is now ready to have a female friend of his own.  If you have a neutered single female rabbit who would like a good looking and gentle friend then we can carry out the bonding for you so that they can live together in their forever home.   Pea and his new mate will need a spacious accommodation with a minimum of six feet x two feet x two feet for a hutch that is permanently attached to a large safe run.

BEAN (right)

Bean is a lovely friendly boy and although not as big and brave as his brothers Bean and Jay he will make a delightful family pet.  He likes to run and jump and have fun and is now ready to have a female friend of his own.  If you have a neutered single female rabbit who would like a gentle friend then we can carry out the bonding for you so that they can live together in their forever home.   Bean and his new mate will need spacious accommodation with a minimum of six feet x two feet x two feet for a hutch that is permanently attached to a large safe run.

JAY (middle)

Jay is a lovely friendly boy who loves to snuggle up with his brothers Bean and Pea.  He likes to run and jump and have fun and is now ready to have a female friend of his own.  If you have a neutered single female rabbit who would like an affectionate and gentle friend then we can carry out the bonding for you so that they can live together in their forever home.   Jay and his new mate will need a spacious accommodation with a minimum of six feet x two feet x two feet for a hutch that is permanently attached to a large safe run.

RICHARD (R16/22)

2022-04-10T18:07:29+01:00

Richard is a giant breed of rabbit.  He is gentle and loves attention.  At only 8 months he is over 3 feet long laying down.  Richard cannot fit into a hutch and needs an airy shed or large playhouse with attached run to give him space to stretch and to exercise.  He is lonely for a neutered female to keep him company and is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. If you think that you can provide for his needs we can carry out the bonding.

SPARKLE & ELLIOT

2022-02-12T11:21:19+00:00

Sparkle (light tan female) and Elliot (grey lop male) are six month old sister and brother pair.  They are fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and live outdoors,  enjoying time together exploring and playing.  Elliot and Sparkle are gentle rabbits.  Elliot is very inquisitive and Sparkle is a shy rabbit but has learnt to come over and see if her fosterer has any tasty treats.   Like most rabbits Sparkle and Elliot are not keen on being picked up but these young rabbits are great fun to watch especially if you give them new things like boxes to play with.  Sparkle especially likes to run through a tunnel.     They are suitable for families with older children and need a hutch that is at least six feet x two feet x two feet which is attached to a large safe run where they can play all day.

LAZIO & RIMINI

2022-04-10T17:50:30+01:00

Lazio and Rimini are a bonded pair looking for their forever home.  Lazio is a neutered boar (white) who is two years old and he lives with a younger female (tri coloured).  Rimini, who is only six months old, is a lovely chatty girl but, like most prey animals, does not enjoy being picked up.   Lazio is calm and is happy to have cuddles.  He is also food motivated so we expect that it will not take him long to settle into a new home.  His partner Rimini will need patience to build her confidence but as a pair they are delightful to watch.  They currently live outdoors and like to spend much of their time out on the grass.

MILO

2021-11-12T15:10:59+00:00

Milo and his brothers and sisters were an unexpected litter soon after
their young mum came into RSPCA care. Milo is a real character and is
delightful to watch as he explores and plays. At present he is living with a
brother but is now ready to bond with a lifelong young female partner.

He is confident enough to meet a new young female if she is kind and
interesting and also keen to play and explore.

Milo is a sweet, active and adventurous young rabbit. He likes to come
over and see you if you come into his run but like most rabbits he prefers
to keep all four feet on the ground, unless he is doing his binky stunts of
course. RSPCA South Bucks are ready to carry out the bonding process
for you if you have just the right home and a suitable female friend for
him. Milo and his partner will need a hutch that is six feet x two feet x
two feet which is attached to a large safe run with lots of things to keep
him and his partner busy.

All South Bucks RSPCA rabbits are fully vaccinated, neutered and
microchipped.

FLORENCE AND ANGEL – RESERVED

2022-02-19T08:08:29+00:00

Florence is a very young and pretty Lionhead rabbit who gave birth to triplet daughters. All
are very close and friendly and we would like to re-home them in pairs. Florence and her
daughter have been health checked and vaccinated. The rabbits need to be spayed and
microchipped from 25/9/21 and you will receive neutering vouchers to cover the cost of this
as part of their adoption. Adopters need to live in the South Bucks area. Florence and her
daughter will need a large hutch with constant access to a large pen as these mischievous
young rabbits love to jump and play.
